How We Use Your Information

AI and Data Processing

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power features like:

• Chat assistants
• Document summaries
• AI-generated recommendations

When you use AI features, relevant context (your documents, cards, etc.) is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's data policies apply to this processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure, self-hosted infrastructure
• We use encryption in transit (HTTPS)
• Access is restricted to authenticated users within your workspace

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, AI processing)
